We absolutely adore those cosy winter afternoons, especially when it's time to gather your loved ones around the Christmas tree, pulling out the boxes of beloved ornaments ready to trim the tree.

For many, the different baubles havedifferent meanings - whether they were gifted by friends or family, or purchased in a special location, or in a special design. The 4x4 bauble is special to us, as many of you know the 4x4 is something of an emblem for Glosters - featuring on mugs and cards and being part of our seasonal decorations. 

As part of our love of Christmas, we've designed these ceramic baubles with the expectation that they will bring you holiday joy year after year as they make their seasonal appearance. This 4x4 is an exclusive design as part of our 2025 ceramic decorations, which also includes a robin ornament.

The ceramic baubles are made by hand in our workshop in Porthmadog in Wales, where we use high quality stoneware clay and special Glosters glazes from our local supplier. The clay has been chosen as it is extremely durable, allowing the baubles to remain light enough to hang from the Christmas tree's boughs without making them droop.

We use the same stoneware clay across our entire range of Welsh ceramics, which also includes our popular handmade mugs.
